Julia is an enthusiastic and engaging facilitator, drawing upon 30 years of business experience to help organisations create a climate for inspired leadership, positive communication, growth and change.
These foundations are based upon her experience of managing diverse teams across AsiaPacific, building client relationships and running a successful facilitation business supporting clients to approach business challenges in new ways and helping individuals to be heard and get things done.
Her clients include many leading multi-nationals working with a diverse mix of cultures enabling her to be adaptable and one of her key strengths is her flexible facilitation style focusing on the needs of the participants.
Now living in North Yorkshire,UK, Julia spent 22 years in Singapore where she held senior management positions in several blue-chip companies. At the Financial Times, she led the on-line information sales & customer service teams in Asia. She was Sales Director at the Pearson-owned New York Institute of Finance and established the Financial Markets division at the
Financial Training Company (FTC). Under Julia’s leadership, FTC Financial Markets grew from a start up to be one of the largest providers of Financial Markets training in Asia. In 2004 she established Turquoise Communications.
Julia holds a BA (Hons) in European Business Studies with German. She is a qualified psychometric assessor and uses leading personality profiling tools including MBTI ™ and Neethling Brain Instrument ™. Julia is an accredited Huthwaite SPIN™ and Productive Thinking ™ facilitator and a Results™
trained business coach.
